'SparkTableCabin was born out of a vision to share true Neapolitan pizza with New York. Established by the Bianchi clan in 1985, our little pizza shop began as a family endeavor, maintaining recipes passed down for generations.

Our originator, Marco Bianchi, perfected the craft of pizza in her journeys across Italy, learning from legendary pizza chefs in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchanting experience of authentic Italian pizza, utilizing age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.

From our humble beginnings as a quaint pizzeria with just a dozen seats, we've blossomed into a cherished local fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine craftsmanship remains steadfast. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and procure only top-tier components.

Presently, 'SparkTableCabin is still cherished as a family venture, now steered by the Bianchi descendants who guide our devoted crew. Although we've integrated some contemporary improvements, our core philosophy persists: to craft scrumptious, real pizzas that unite friends and family.
